The Saeco Brita water filter is a new and innovative water filtering system designed by BRITA. It eliminates lime and impurities present in public water supplies, thus adding extra protection to coffee machines. The innovative INTENZA technology reduces limescale build-up in the coffee machine to provide a longer machine life and optimal performance of your Saeco espresso machine; It optimises both brewing pressure and temperature.
In addition to removing lime and metallic residues - like copper and lead - INTENZA also reduces substances that can affect the flavour of the coffee such as chlorine and chlorine-based compounds. The end result is coffee with a natural and intense aroma and the desired rich and creamy foam.
INTENZA is equipped with the unique Aroma System, a special mechanism that allows for adjustment of the filtration process to local water conditions to get the balanced composition of water for a truly exceptional espresso.
The Intenza + is suitable for use with the following machines: Xelsis, Syntia, Xsmall, Primea, Talea, Odea, Incanto, Magic new version, Royal new version, Nina and Lavazza A Modo Mio.

Shipping Charges & Customer Service:
- All delivery charges are stipulated at checkout. You will have a choice of regular or Express Post.
Shipping Times: - All deliveries are sent via Courier.
- Please allow 3-7 working days for delivery. Shipping to rural and remote areas may attract longer shipping times, however, we will make every effort to ensure that we provide the fastest delivery possible.
- Express Post may be chosen as a shipping option however overnight delivery time is restricted to major Australian capital cities and regional centres. For this reason, we cannot guarantee overnight delivery.
Nobody Home:
- If there is nobody present at the delivery address to accept the parcel and you have given Fridge Filters Australia Authority to Leave, the parcel will be left at the premises.
- If there is nobody present at the delivery address to accept the parcel and the customer has not given Authority to Leave, the courier will arrange with the customer to redeliver the parcel.
- If there is nobody present at the delivery address to accept the parcel, the customer has not given Authority to Leave, and the parcel has been sent via AusPost, the parcel will then be taken to the local Post Office for your collection.
- If your parcel is not collected from the local Post Office within 10 working days, it will then be returning to Fridge Filters Australia by Australia Post. Any re-delivery will incur a $12.50 handling and shipping charge.
Authority to Leave:
- Customers can give permission for couriers to leave their parcel at the delivery address if there is no one at the address at the time of delivery.
- To grant Authority to Leave, customers can add a comment in the Delivery Instructions section at checkout.
- By granting Authority to Leave, customers agree that the parcel is deemed to have been received when left at the unattended delivery address.
- Fridge Filters Australia and its couriers do not accept responsibility for any loss or damage regarding a parcel if the customer has provided Authority to Leave.
Returns & Refunds:
- If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the unused items in a saleable condition within 7 days and we will refund your purchase in full.
- If your goods are faulty or damaged, please call our office within 14 days of purchase to discuss and we organise an exchange or refund.
