What is the benefit of having a water filter in my fridge?
The Aqua-Pure Plus Filter DA29-00003F and DA29-00003G Samsung fridge filters remove the following impurities from your drinking water:

- The DA29-00003G does NOT remove Fluoride.

Changing the filter regularly in your ice/water refrigerator also reduces the build-up of scale in your ice-making mechanism thereby reducing the need for costly services.

The DA29-00003F/G cartridge is tested and certified by NSF International to meet or exceed NSF/ANSI Standard 42.
- Twist the old filter a quarter-turn counterclockwise.
- Pull the filter straight down and discard (the water will shut off automatically).
- Push the new filter up into the fridge until it stops.
- Twist the filter a quarter-turn clockwise.
- Reset your "change filter" light (if your fridge has one).
Resetting your "change filter" light:
- Press and hold the ice type(or moisture control) and child lock buttons (at the same time) for 3 seconds - the light should turn green. Some newer buttons require the power freeze and ice type to be pressed silmutaneously.
