GST is included in all pricing however it is not payable on international orders and will be deducted if applicable. A CCV number will need to be quoted when making credit card payments and is made up of the last 3 digits of the number above your signature on the rear of your card. Other methods of payment include Paypal, Cheque, Money Order or Direct Bank Deposits via EFT or in branch banking.

Order Confirmation: Upon receiving your order an Order Confirmation will be automatically generated by our system and emailed to you.

Delivery: All deliveries are sent by Australia post eparcel, please allow 3- 5 working days for delivery - and longer if your order is going to a remote area of Australia. The Express Post option is available at an additional charge of $ 10 for a 1 - 2 delivery time to most areas. You should check on the Australia Post Website as to wether your area qualifies before selecting this option, as credits are not issued for late deliveries.

Postage charges: Delivery within Australia is free for orders over $50. International delivery is charged at a flat rate of AUD $25 per order for a maximum of two filters You will be advised by email of items that may be out of stock prior to processing payment of your order.

Refund Policy: FRIDGE FILTERS AUSTRALIA complies with Australian Consumer Law regulated by the Department of Fair Trading in regard to damaged or faulty goods.. Goods must be returned in original packaging together with proof of purchase within 14 days of receipt of delivery for exchange or issue of a credit note. Refunds are not permitted for change of mind purchases.
