Dehydration and Fatigue

The vast majority of people may associate the word ‘fatigue’ with lack of sleep or simply being exhausted, but what many people don’t know is that fatigue can be a side affect of dehydration. Symptoms of fatigue include heavy eyes, headaches, impatience etc. and are very easily detectable. Chances are, if you are experiencing any of these symptoms and you had a good night’s sleep, you’re probably dehydrated. To combat these dehydration effects you must drink water frequently throughout the day, try not to let yourself get to the point of feeling thirsty, by that point your body is already dehydrated.

So, to stay safe on the roads and at work, and to also generally increase your mood, try adopting healthy hydration habits in your daily routine!
