INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup gluten free oat milk made with The Nutramilk
- 1 cup gluten free oats
- 2 tbsp. peanut butter or other nut or seed butter (optional)
- 1 tbsp. cocoa powder
- 3 strawberries
- 1 banana
- Dark chocolate syrup
- For oat milk (yields 1 quart /4 cups / 946 mL)1 cup (107g) oats
- 1 litre water
- Pinch of Pink Himalayan salt (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS
Start by making fresh oat milk with the NutraMilk:
- Allow oats to soak for 30 minutes to 1 hour before preparing your oat milk.
- Drain oats, add to NutraMilk container with salt.
- Select 'Butter Cycle', set for I minute and press Start.
- Add water, select Mix and press Start (don't change default time).
- Press Dispense and open spigot to fill your storage container.
- Combine the gluten-free oat milk, gluten-free oats, peanut butter and cocoa powder in a jar. Let sit overnight.
- Top with strawberries, banana slices and dark chocolate syrup. Enjoy!
