Wake Up with Vegan Peanut Butter & Banana Overnight Oats

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup gluten free oat milk made with The Nutramilk
  • 1 cup gluten free oats
  • 2 tbsp. peanut butter or other nut or seed butter (optional)
  • 1 tbsp. cocoa powder
  • 3 strawberries
  • 1 banana
  • Dark chocolate syrup
  • For oat milk (yields 1 quart /4 cups / 946 mL)1 cup (107g) oats
  • 1 litre water
  • Pinch of Pink Himalayan salt (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS

Start by making fresh oat milk with the NutraMilk:

  • Allow oats to soak for 30 minutes to 1 hour before preparing your oat milk.
  • Drain oats, add to NutraMilk container with salt.
  • Select 'Butter Cycle', set for I minute and press Start.
  • Add water, select Mix and press Start (don't change default time).
  • Press Dispense and open spigot to fill your storage container.
  • Combine the gluten-free oat milk, gluten-free oats, peanut butter and cocoa powder in a jar. Let sit overnight.
  • Top with strawberries, banana slices and dark chocolate syrup. Enjoy!
