How Does it Work?
As a large importer and supplier of cleaning and water filtration lines with strong relationships with our manufacturers, we have the ability to provide our customers with the option of choosing between well-known brand names or quality replacements for many of our product lines. These quality replacements are available to our customers for private labelling, where we individually label your products in-house with your specific branding.
Interested?
To privately label products for your business, we can either accept artwork that you have designed, OR we can design something for you in-house to your specifications. For in-house design work, you will need to send us through the following:
- High-resolution logos for your business
- Your business details (including name, address, phone number and website)
- Any changes to the Product Name or product details*
- Examples of any current branding that you wish to incorporate into your label design
- Any design specifications (including colours, fonts and formatting)

*Please Note: For some product lines, there are necessary details that will need to be included on the label for legal requirements. Details like chemical pictograms and safety warnings are not able to be removed.
Shipping Charges & Customer Service:
- All delivery charges are stipulated at checkout. You will have a choice of regular or Express Post.
Shipping Times: - All deliveries are sent via Courier.
- Please allow 3-7 working days for delivery. Shipping to rural and remote areas may attract longer shipping times, however, we will make every effort to ensure that we provide the fastest delivery possible.
- Express Post may be chosen as a shipping option however overnight delivery time is restricted to major Australian capital cities and regional centres. For this reason, we cannot guarantee overnight delivery.
Nobody Home:
- If there is nobody present at the delivery address to accept the parcel and you have given Fridge Filters Australia Authority to Leave, the parcel will be left at the premises.
- If there is nobody present at the delivery address to accept the parcel and the customer has not given Authority to Leave, the courier will arrange with the customer to redeliver the parcel.
- If there is nobody present at the delivery address to accept the parcel, the customer has not given Authority to Leave, and the parcel has been sent via AusPost, the parcel will then be taken to the local Post Office for your collection.
- If your parcel is not collected from the local Post Office within 10 working days, it will then be returning to Fridge Filters Australia by Australia Post. Any re-delivery will incur a $12.50 handling and shipping charge.
Authority to Leave:
- Customers can give permission for couriers to leave their parcel at the delivery address if there is no one at the address at the time of delivery.
- To grant Authority to Leave, customers can add a comment in the Delivery Instructions section at checkout.
- By granting Authority to Leave, customers agree that the parcel is deemed to have been received when left at the unattended delivery address.
- Fridge Filters Australia and its couriers do not accept responsibility for any loss or damage regarding a parcel if the customer has provided Authority to Leave.
Returns & Refunds:
- If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the unused items in a saleable condition within 7 days and we will refund your purchase in full.
- If your goods are faulty or damaged, please call our office within 14 days of purchase to discuss and we organise an exchange or refund.
